Introducing Cohort Two! 🚀

  • Cedar

Cedar reduces your cost of buying a home by roughly 30%-50% by buying the land as you buy the home. You own your home  and can still get a traditional mortgage while leasing the land from us for 99 years, paying a manageable annual ground rent. You can purchase the land at any time based on a formulaic rate. This unique approach drastically reduces your upfront costs and makes homeownership more accessible while preserving the tax, wealth, and social benefits of homeownership.
